Jaiprakash Hospital, Rourkela has prioritised the complete physical, mental, and social well-being of the people in and around the region so that the population can enjoy good physical, mental, and social well-being.
Continuing with the noble and social welfare cause once again on 3rd December 2023, the hospital complemented the efforts of the Lions Club of Kalunga and Guru Nanak Public School Rourkela in organizing a ‘Free Mega Medical Checkup Camp at Guru Nanak Public School, Sector-21. The Health check-up was conducted on Prakash Purav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
During this camp free health check-ups were provided to the students, teachers and staff members of the school from Ophthalmology, Diabetes, ENT, Dental, Blood Transfusion, Orthopedics, Cardiology and Pediatrics department of Jaiprakash Hospital. The JP doctors’ team included Dr S.K. Mahapatra, Dr Debendra Sha, Dr Ankita Joshi, Dr S.K. Mishra, Dr Debadutta Das, Dr Mukhtar Ansari, Dr Md. Ashfaq, Dr. Gunjan Singh and Dr. Surabhi Kesarwani along with the dedicated Nursing team.
The entire event was planned, coordinated and handled successfully by the team members of the CRBD department of Jaiprakash Hospital headed by its HOD Ms. Tandra Priyadarshini Mishra. The other contributing departments were Quality and Digital Communication.
