Meet JP CTVS Team’s Consultant CTVS Surgeon Dr. Sathish Kumar.
Dr. Kumar is from Madurai of Tamilnadu. He has done his MBBS from Tamilnadu. Post MBBS he did his training in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery in Narayana Hrudyalaya, Kolkata for 6 years. Later he worked in Kolkata for 3 more years before joining JP Hospitals. Dr. Sathish Kumar specializes in beating heart surgeries (Total Arterial Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, Valve Replacement and redo surgeries, etc) which is all the rage right now & which has rendered JP Hospital as the preferred destination for cardiac ailments.
Dr. Kumar enjoys gardening and would have probably been a cricketer if he weren’t a doctor.
